Getting Started
Getting started in My Checkbook is easy. First, you'll enter into My Checkbook the current balance of your account. We recommend using your most recent bank statement, and entering the ending balance from that statement.
Then, look at the date of your last statement and enter every transaction you have made since the ending date or any items which have not posted to your account, such as outstanding checks, bank deposits, ATM cash withdrawals, debit card purchases, etc. into My Checkbook as you would a paper register.
Once you receive your next statement, you'll be ready to reconcile that statement with the entries you have made.
